We offer a range of processes that allow us to efficiently convert raw material into returnable packaging components.

Waterjet Cutting.
Waterjet cutting is a process that is used in many industries. Water is pressurized to 60,000 psi and forced through a small orifice at 2.5 times the speed of sound in order to create precision parts from hard to cut materials.

We are also fully introducing aqua-etching this year. This uses the waterjet to permanently place part numbers or position references, such as top, bottom, left or right into your foam components, simplifying further assembly.

High Density Splitting
Exemplary Foam splits buns and sheets for distribution.

T-Slotting & Notching

Drilling and Routing
The foam can be drilled or routed after being cut to shape on the waterjet

Application of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive(PSA)
Exemplary Foam uses 2 types of PSAs based on the application purpose. One is used for more lightweight positioning purposes while the other is used for a permanent, high performance application.

Assembly
We assemble different parts into 3 dimensional shapes based upon the application.
